Reservation-only lunch special [Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu Beef Shabu-Shabu Set] ◎ We consult with our butcher to source Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef that is in the best condition at that time of year! Enjoy the high-quality fat and natural flavor that only high-quality meat can offer.We mainly source Japanese Black beef from Saga, Kumamoto and Kagoshima prefectures.
